This CD is a compilation of interviews with participants in an employment project sponsored by the Rural Institute for people with disabilities in rural Montana.They talk about their self-employment choices, implementation and funding, and support people.

This special demonstration project was developed to use Internet-based classes to prepare people with disabilities for careers in a broad range of human service occupations. The program contains ten Core Courses offered over a five month period.
