The RETAIN program provides a strategic approach to workforce retention by supporting employees affected by injury or illness. The program helps reduce absenteeism, lower turnover costs, and improve productivity by promoting early and safe return-to-work outcomes. Employers benefit from customized services and access to workforce development resources tailored to their operational needs.
Outreach and community engagement have been key to driving enrollment numbers throughout the history of the program. This flyer joins the team as we attend community events and serves as the first impression that many have of MN RETAIN. The flyer is designed to be positive, informative, and a physical reminder that when an illness or injury is impacting the ability to work for someone in their life; there are resources available though MN RETAIN.
Through free assistance and coordinated support, RETAIN helps businesses proactively address health-related work disruptions while promoting long-term workforce stability. The program offers practical solutions that can reduce turnover, minimize lost productivity, and strengthen organizational performance.
RETAIN also provides individualized support based on each employer’s needs and connects businesses with additional workforce development resources at no cost. By helping employers effectively manage ill or injured workers and retain valuable employees, RETAIN serves as a cost-effective workforce retention strategy that supports both employee well-being and business success.
