The Assistive Soft Skills and Employment Training (ASSET) curriculum is a 15-session program designed to help youth and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build workplace and interpersonal skills. The presentation series covers self-advocacy, communication, teamwork, networking, problem solving, professionalism, organization, stress management, emotional regulation, workplace relationships, and digital identity. A facilitator training manual and participant handout booklet provide lesson plans, activities, practice exercises, reflection questions, and materials to support delivery of the full program.
