How do I filter Library search results?
You can filter Library search results by the following filter categories:
- Filter by Material Status – filter by current (published after 1990) and archived (published before 1990) materials. For example, select Archived Materials to find materials published before 1990. Note: Many archived materials were developed prior to federal laws requiring accessibility. Some of these materials may not be accessible for all people with disabilities.
- Filter by Topic Area – filter materials by common themes such as accessibility or disability. For example, select Accessibility to find materials about accessibility laws, policies, and practices.
- Filter by Disability Focus – filter materials related to specific types of disabilities. For example, select Autism to find materials about autism.
- Filter by Target Audience – filter materials related to specific target audiences. For example, select Parents or Family Members to find materials created specifically for parents or family members of a person with a disability.
- Filter by Material Type – filter for specific types of materials. For example, select Learning Exercise to find learning exercises.
- Filter by RSA Technical Assistance Center – filter materials created by RSA's technical assistance (TA) centers. For example, select WINTAC - Workforce Innovation Technical Assistance Center to find materials that the WINTAC created.
What do the terms in the filters mean?
If you do not know a term under a filter category (e.g., Filter by Material Status, Filter by Topic Area, etc.), select the What do these…mean? link under the list of terms. For example, select What do these Topic Areas mean? for definitions of all terms under the Filter by Topic Area category.
