BIT will expand its training certification and apprenticeship programs nationwide to provide high-quality employment services for people with disabilities. By growing BIT Academy™ and Registered Apprenticeship Programs, BIT aims to close the employment gap through technical skills and certifications in fields like Salesforce Administration, Digital Accessibility, and Project Management. This initiative boosts job placements, financial independence, and workforce inclusivity. BIT will create five accessible courses, recruit participants, build employer partnerships, and support job placements while developing a replicable model for inclusive workforce development nationwide.
