Description: The Webinar will focus on strategies to develop a collaborative plan for the State VR Agencies and AIVRS Programs to provide transition and Pre-ETS to American Indian/Alaskan Native youth with disabilities. CRC credits will be provided by The George Washington University, Center for Rehabilitation Counseling, Research and Education (CRCRE).

Learning Outcomes:

·         Understand the importance of identifying transition and Pre-ETS for American Indian/Alaskan Native youth with disabilities.

·         Learn the importance of developing the collaborative process to allow State VR Agencies to provide Pre-ETS and AIVRS Programs to provide transition services.

·         Recognize what each partner can provide based on federal regulations for transition services to American Indian/Alaskan Native youth with disabilities.

·         Understand how to develop and use an effective partnership between an AIVRS Program and the State VR Agency.
