How do transition-age youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their desired customized employment outcomes? This webcast will provide a brief overview of Virginia Commonwealth University’s research on customized employment for transition-age youth with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
You will explore case study examples of individuals who have achieved customized employment goals and learn how each person’s interests and preferences were identified through discovery and how their positions were customized.
