Summary The National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth publishes innovative strategy profiles as part of its Innovative Strategies online database http://www.ncwd-youth.info/profiles-by-states/. The Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) in Fishersville, Virginia, operates the Manufacturing Technology Training (MTT) Program pre-apprenticeship program for young adults with disabilities to pursue apprenticeships and employment in manufacturing. The MTT program prepares students to for manufacturing positions, such as warehouse worker, machine operator, or instrument technician and prepares students for the industry recognized Manufacturing Specialist (MS) and Manufacturing Technician, Level 1 (MT1) exams.
