Title Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities Implementation and Impact Evaluation Reports - Virginia
Summary Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities (CPID) is a demonstration program developed by the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired under a grant from the RSA to enhance current vocational rehabilitation (VR) services in Virginia. The submission includes the implementation and impact evaluation reports of CPID Project. The implementation evaluation collected interviews and document review data to identify successes, challenges, and lessons learned. The impact evaluation used administrative and Unemployment Insurance data to investigate the short-term impact of project participants’ VR service receipt and labor market outcomes.
